SCIENCE LESSON: "i-cell Craftivity"

https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Product/Plant-and-Animal-Cell-i-Cell-craftivity-2100464

I just love craftivities!  I know sometimes they can be a little time consuming, but sometimes it's nice to allow kids to have that opportunity to relax a bit.  It seems to me that there are just so many demands on children younger and younger each year.  Maybe I'm just old, but I remember taking naps in Kindergarten and spending that year learning social skills.  I'm sure we could easily name a few kiddos that need that now still.

I digress...

I created this fun craftivity, called "i-Cell" because students are so focused on electronics this day and age, so why not play into it a bit, while still making sure they are learning (or reviewing) important concepts.

The i-Cell Craftivity is a fun way to review with students the parts of a cell or plant cell.  Each "app" of the i-Cell has a structure and underneath the flap, students write the definition or function of that particular part.

Since I'm a teacher too, I know that various grade levels teach different parts - so I included many choices for "apps" for teachers to choose from so that it works best for their students!  In addition to an animal cell, it also comes with plant cells, and practice sheets to review!  Teachers can print on color paper or just have students color it!
