This freebie is my collection of organizers to guide high-school writers through their process. Here's what's included:
- a five-paragraph essay planner, detailing what should go in each paragraph
- a SOAP organizer, where students can plan the Subject, Objective, Audience, and Purpose for their writing. (I've kept it basic to allow teachers and students to discuss workable strategies for their own work.)
- a writing checklist to review the four C's of effective writing: clear, concise, correct, and conversational.
- a circle map for brainstorming
