This activity assists children in building their understanding of number bonds ten!
Included in this resource is a visual and hands on activity that allows children to make connections between number sentences and visual representations.
Included:
- number cards from 0 - 10 (two of the number 5) i.e. 5 and 5 makes 10
- two borders to place number cards in
- 1X ten frame
- words for the number sentence include: 'and', 'makes' and '10'
- worksheet on number bonds to ten which allows students to show their working out on a ten frame and fill in the corresponding number sentence
