FREE SOCIAL STUDIES LESSON - “American Revolution Classroom Play”

by Rigorous Resources by Lisa
5th - 9th Grade

This is a narrative play describing the major events that led to the American Revolution. The narrators have the largest speaking roles, while the other students are acting out what the narrator is saying. This play helped my students understand all the causes leading to the war.

They also created signs to wear that identified each character. We made this into a movie using iMovie on the iPad.

This play includes 10 scenes.
