Here is a free "I Have a Dream" teacher activity that is meant for administrators to give to their staff or for teachers to download individually to help set goals for themselves and their students.
As educators, our dreams for our students and our profession do matter. If we want to instill change, it starts with our hopes and dreams for what we would like to see in public education. Your dreams do not have to be big. Every dream matters, even the smallest one.
The teacher's task is to complete the activity as soon as possible. Then teachers are to post it in a place where they will be reminded daily of what their dream is for the rest of the school year. Teachers do make a difference in the lives of the children they teach.
Included is a free one page "I Have a Dream" teacher activity.
