4th - 10th Grade
Take time for students to self-assess their progress halfway through the school year.
This quick questionnaire gets students thinking about what they have learned and how they have grown so far this year. This gives the teacher valuable feedback as well as to what students think about class activities and expectations.
Begin the year with the second page of this resource -- a goal setting page. More than just listing goals -- students can write steps for reaching the goal, resources, and how they will know they've achieved it.

I hope you enjoy this freebie and that it is a beneficial end-of-term activity for you.
I can't wait to hear from you! Be sure to leave feedback, and if you have any questions, just pop them in the Q&A box below and I'll get right back to you!
With gratitude for all you do,
Marypat
