This flapbook gives students the opportunity to practice sorting long a and short a words. This activity and/or assessment meets CCSS 2.RFS.3.a
After students cut and glue the words into the correct column I always have them read them to a partner before they come read the words to me.
This flapbook will work great as a literacy station, practice, or assessment!
