FREE LANGUAGE ARTS LESSON - “Types of Nouns Sorting Game for Summer, Printable and Digital”

Grammar review doesn't have to be boring and monotonous! Get kids up and moving with this easy prep, interactive game for reviewing types of nouns that comes in printable task card format and an interactive digital format for traditional classrooms and distance learning.

Student Experience: Students will learn with movement as they identify proper and common nouns used in sentences. Give students one or more cards, and they will identify if the underlined word(s) in the sentence is a common or proper noun. All the sentences are written about summer adventures! I've also included a digital version of the activity that students can use right in Google on their devices. The activity could be used as task cards, small groups games, large group interactive sorting activity, literacy center lessons, bell ringers, exit tickets, distance learning practice, online classrooms review, and more.
