FREE MISC. LESSON - “Review Activity: FREE End of Semester Reflection (ELA and Cross-Curricular)”

by Secondary Sara
6th - 9th Grade

Need a quick way to see what stuck, review highlights of a class, or identify the most important learning? Use this creative reflection activity to help students process the facts and skills that matter most.

Part 1 of this activity is a Top 10 List in which students identify AND explain which facts or skills were most significant from the semester. You can stop the activity here, or also add on...

Part 2 lets students choose one of those facts to apply, display, or create as an artifact. These choice items quickly turn into fun visuals that can hang on walls or just deepen knowledge into memories!

NOTES:
Though I originally made this as an end-of-semester English activity, it can EASILY be used at the end of a quarter, unit, year, or other period of time.

This file can also be edited to be used in non-ELA classes! Recommended for middle school and up.
